A great find! Wonderful service, delicious food, clean and very reasonably priced ($8.50 for a kids waffle with strawberries, $12 for a ham and egg crepe). Visiting from Melbourne and we’ve been back several times. Loved the calm atmosphere, music that wasn’t too loud, and a friendly, knowledgeable cook who was great to chat with about music. Highly recommend.
We had a really lovely breakfast here, the staff were friendly and accommodating, the food was tasty and well cooked. There is plenty of choice and variety. A sweet waffle with savoury topping was not my preference, but it was well cooked, and fresh. I would certainly come again for another. I had the mini waffle, the larger option filled the plate with the toppings. The bacin was particularly nice, well cooked and a good thickness.
My partner and I often come here occasionally which we can’t complain. The staff are really nice there and chill. The food is always lovely
Lovely service! Their chocolate strawberry ice cream waffle made my tastebuds feel like a kid again~ I loved the way their ice cream came in a cup, so it wouldn't melt too quickly. The coffee is lovely too!!!
Kids had the full-size warm waffles, one with chocolate drizzle, the other with strawberries. They loved them both, especially the melted chocolate. My wife & I had the eggs benny with bacon & was delicious & a decent serving. Coffee was good too, better than I expected as it looked from an automated machine.
So good that if we could have give a 10 star for service quality and knowledge we would have. There are not enough stars to rate this Waffle King the rating he deserves. Great to meet a patisserie who knows the quality and personality of food and can bring out the flavours of each item individually but at the same time, using the best quality chocolate in the world…Belgium. Well done will be back with a load more friends. Thank you for making my birthday a day to remember. Also makes a great coffee.
I loved their food. We ordered two waffles, one savoury and mixed, both were full of taste. It placed in a good location at Glenelg. Service was good and served food really quickly. It has indoor sitting and outdoor sitting too. Will visit again to taste their other waffle too.
